She was introduced to yoga in 2014. She completed a 200-hour teacher training with Ürün Kurtiç. During this period, the Ashtanga method became central to her practice, and she joined YogaŞala’s 80-hour Ashtanga mentorship program with Canan Özalp.
She had the opportunity to study and attend workshops with many teachers including Hamish Hendry, Dylan Bernstein, Petri Räisänen, and Harmony Slater. In 2016, she completed the Vinyasa Krama teacher training program with Ürün Kurtiç.
Between 2015 and 2017, she completed Hart Lazer’s 300-hour advanced training focused on therapeutic practice.
On her third trip to Mysore, India in 2022, she was authorized by Sharath Jois as Level 2 Authorized.
She led long-term Mysore programs in Istanbul.
In 2025, she moved to Urla, Izmir.
With the community she has built there, she continues to teach and lead Mysore-style programs.

There are 6 series in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. We are generally more familiar with the first 2. In terms of both effect and applicability, these first two are the ones most often emphasized.
